SIGINT Systems Performance Analyst
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, USA

We are seeking a SIGINT-oriented developer, systems integrator, or tester to join our respected team to lead the analysis of several DoD platform systems. You will be a key contributor in the integration and assessment of emerging SIGINT systems into complex Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) platforms.
Responsibilities:
Perform the installation, administration, troubleshooting, fielding, and analysis of operating systems (RHEL8, WinSrv2019), network systems, and SIGINT sensor software/hardware
Collect, normalize, visualize, and report on sensor and processing performance metrics for test and mission events, including the development and maintenance of Python and R-based tools for automated data analysis
Coordinate with team members throughout the various stages of systems integration, including our Government Customer
Base Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance required, with current CI polygraph preferred
Current certifications for maintaining administrative privileges on mission systems (e.g. Security+, OS-oriented certifications)
History of performing systems integration of complex systems composed of COTS and GOTS software in virtualized environments
Technical aptitude with RHEL and Windows administration, VMWare configuration/management, PowerShell, Python, and network analysis tools
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to translate performance metrics based on large sets of collected systems data into concise reports to inform stakeholders and guide technical improvements
Distinguishing Qualifications:
Experience with Army ground baselines (DCGS-A, OGS SIPR, TSB) and AISR platforms (e.g. Guardrail, EMARSS, ARL-E, ARTEMIS, ARES, ATHENA) preferred
Working knowledge of RF and electronics equipment, both lab- and mission-oriented to support integration and test scenarios
Working knowledge (or ideally expertise) in migrating applications into Docker/Podman-based architectures
